« Castel Viel » est un Faugères d’exception: assemblage de nos Carignan centenaires et Grenache, élevage de 33 mois. La finesse des tanins contribue à l’élégance d’une bouche séveuse et légèrement épicée ; elle appelle un mariage avec des mets festifs. Vinifié sans sulfite, ce 2017 doit sa remarquable stabilité à l'air aux antioxydants naturellement présents dans les raisins.
